Accompanying person registration fee includes welcome reception, lunches, light meals, banquet, coffee breaks, excursion, and accommodation.
Participant with an accompanying person will share a twin bedroom.

Payment for the registration will be available online until June 5, 2014.

Processing fee of JPY 15,000 will be charged for cancellation between
June 5 and June 13, 2014.
Cancellation fee of JPY 40,000 will be charged for cancellation
after June 13, 2014.

On-site registration is available at the venue. (Cash only)
In case Hotel Okura does not have any room available, you may stay at another hotel.
