Cancellation of registration and refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing to

20,000 JPY will be charged for cancellation between Nov. 01 and Nov. 20, 2015.
The refunds will be made by credit card.
40,000 JPY will be charged for cancellation from Nov. 21, 2015.
