Processing fee of JPY 15,000 will be charged for cancellation between
June 5 and June 13, 2014.
Cancellation fee of JPY 40,000 will be charged for cancellation
after June 13, 2014.

On-site registration is available at the venue. (Cash only)
In case Hotel Okura does not have any room available, you may stay at
another hotel.
